St Johns Church (Harpenden)

St John's Church is a lively and friendly Church of England church set on the edge of Harpenden Common in the south of Harpenden.

The ministry team and the congregation come together regularly to worship, pray, study and pursue a wide range of church-based community and social activities.

The regular 9.30am Sunday Family Communion services are designed to be attractive and fulfilling to all ages with a creche and multiple age-group Junior Church running in the Church Hall from which everyone joins the congregation for the Peace and the remainder of the Communion service. Afterwards everyone is invited to coffee time in the hall.

On the first Sunday of the month there is a family-oriented service with all ages welcome for the entire service.

Sunday
- 8.00am Holy Communion.
- 9.30am Family Communion.
- 11.15am Holy Baptism (last Sunday of the month)
- 6.30pm Evensong (alternate first Sunday of the month at Southdown Methodist Church)

Wednesday
- 9.30am Holy Communion.
