Heruka Buddhist Centre

Classes organised by this centre are ideal for anyone interested in meditation and self development. Each session consists of a simple relaxation meditation and a short talk with a related meditation. It also offers a chance to discuss and ask questions.

- 3 week course card £21.00 (£12.00 concessions)
- 4 week course card £28.00 (£16.00 concessions)
- 5 week course card £35.00 (£20.00 concessions)

Please note that for those attending their first class at Heruka Centre in Golders Green, single class fees are available; cost £8.00 or £5.00 concessions (unemployed, retired, student).

Tea and biscuits are available. The centre has a bookshop. Classes suitable for beginners and for those with experience are available.

Watford venue:
Friends Meeting House, 150 Church Road. Short courses are held on Wednesday evenings, 7.30pm-9.30pm. Please phone the North London centre for details.
