Tuesday evenings from 7.15pm to 9.30pm.
Hertford Buddhist Sangha is a meditation and study group affiliated to the Friends of the Western Buddhist Order. Everyone is welcome to come and learn meditation for the first time, or to practise with friends. You don't need to be a Buddhist to try meditation as anyone can benefit. With practice you will be able to calm your mind and concentrate your thoughts, reducing stress and anxiety.
You can come at 7.15pm or 8.15pm or stay for both sessions. If you want to learn more about the teachings of the Buddha, you are welcome to stay and join in our discussions.
