Baha'i Faith (Bishops Stortford)
The Baha'i Faith is an independent world religion of over 5 million adherents which promotes world peace and the oneness of mankind. It emphasises the unity of humankind and its religions.
The prophet of the Baha'i Faith is Baha'u'lah (1817-92) who has given laws and principles for living in todays world.
Parent organisations: National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United Kingdon.
The Bishops Stortford local Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'i of 9 elected members was formed on 21st April 2005.
