The Green Party aims to create a just, equitable and sustainable society. We focus our efforts primarily, though not exclusively, through the electrol system. The Green Party has a Manifesto for a Sustainable Society, covering out national policy positions. Locally we seek to develop policies that are consistent with our core principles.
Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month at 8.00pm-10.00pm (see our website for details).
Membership costs vary, but anyone interested in finding out more is welcome to come along for a few meetings before joining.
