The Forum provides a variety of services to improve the quality of life for BME people, these include:

* Information advice and guidance on housing, benefits, employment, education, training and health.
* Skills and development courses / activities to increase employability.
* Various leisure and recreational activities to reduce social isolation of elderly BME people.
* Projects, such as, community mentoring, booster classes and Saturday school, for children and young people to support them in education and prevent any future disadvantage.
