Hertfordshire African and Caribbean Network

The Hertfordshire Afro-Caribbean Network is a non-profit making organisation which, in partnership with social services, health professionals and the voluntary sector, aims to improve and aid social integration, health awareness and a healthy lifestyle within the Afro-Caribbean community. Also provides a befriending service.

Meetings will include: barbecues; fundraising events; youth parties; seminars on health awareness, diet, nutrition, weight, social integration and family values; fashion shows; community care days and coffee mornings

Everyone is welcome to join in and take part, all ages will be catered for. Membership is free.

We also provide a consultancy service for those desiring information or services on African or Caribbean related issues.

The HAC Network also works in partnership with parental advocacy group and Christine's Rehabilitation Therapy, which is a service for people with mental health issues.
