Unbrella organisation for Minority Ethnics Communities.

They exist to give a collective voice to the ethnic communities of the town. They aim to:
* Improve understanding across all communities by working in partnership with the statutory and voluntary agencies.
* Address the needs and aspirations of the minority ethnic communities and make sure no-one is excluded.
* Improve the quality of life, fulfil potential and increase participation in the educational, social, economic and cultural life of the town.
* Encouraging networking amongst people from all races to share and celebrate cultural diversity.
