St Albans County Court is a civil court dealing with Bankruptcy, Small claims and Enforcement work. St Albans County Court does not deal with Divorce or Children's cases.
The Courthouse is situated at Victoria House, above the bicycle shop. There is no public parking at the court, an information leaflet giving travel directions and local parking is available upon request. The court is 5 minutes walk from the town centre and 2 minutes from St Albans City Station.
They have an induction loop system in place at the public counter and for the courtroom on request. They have a dedicated parking bay for blue badge holders in a private area, upon arrangement. There is a small lift allowing access to the 1st floor. The building has no dedicated toilet facilities for people with disabilities.
