BHL Tourism Partnership promotes the area's tourism and leisure industry. The aim is to ensure that residents of, and visitors to, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Luton are made fully aware of, and make full use of, the area's tourism, leisure, accommodation and conference facilities.

The Partnership is actively trying raise the profile of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Luton both domestically and internationally in order to attract more visitors.
