The Rare Books and Music Reading Room of the British Library provides access to the reference collection of early and rare printed humanities materials.
This includes material belonging to the Library's foundation collections, named collections, other rare and valuable material, and all books published before 1851. The Reading Room provides access to both printed and manuscript music scores.

Monday 10.00am-8.00pm;
Tuesday-Thursday 9.30am-8.00pm;
Friday and Saturday 9.30am-5.00pm.
