National membership organisation and registered charity. They work with helplines to achieve the highest quality response to all those seeking advice and information via the telephone.

The THA holds regional meetings, produces regular mailouts and a newsletter for it members and subscribers.

The THA produces a range of publications and leaflet for helplines, charities, callers to helplines and the general public.

The Association also has a complaints procedure for callers who feel they have received an unsatisfactory service from THA member helplines.
