Venue: Park Street Village Hall.
The Society was formed to promote interest in local history and nature conservation. The society covers the three villages of Park Street, Frogmore and Colney Street.
The society welcomes all ages from 2-100. It has six open meetings each year with speakers, and organises guided walks.
It has close liaison with St Albans Museum service.
Local history is researched and recorded in various publications.
Associated with the Countryside Management Service and Groundwork-Hertfordshire, carrying out conservation tasks in the local area.

Publications: 4 Newsletters and 2 Journals per year.
