Park Street WI was formed in 1924 and is part of the largest women's organisation in the UK.

They are open to women of all ages and interests. They meet once a month and have very varied and interesting speakers, ranging from 'narrowboat nostalgia' to 'walks in St Albans'.

They also have monthly competitions and fund raising events, such as bring and buy sales and an annual barbecue.
