Originally WI Markets, which opened in 1919, to provide fresh food. Now a non-profit making co-operative operating throughout England, Wales and Channel Islands.

Ware is one of twelve markets in Hertfordshire providing home and locally produced cakes, preserves, pies, eggs, honey, fruit and veg (in season) and many crafts and cards.

Tea and coffee served until 11.30am.
