Times: 3rd Thursday each Month at 7.30pm
Monthly meetings for women of all ages. Visitors (including men) welcome. Meetings usually feature a talk on a wide range of topics. Members often help with community and charity activities as well as enjoying the friendship of other members. There are close links with other local womens institutes and with county and national federations.
Their annual WI craft fair is a feature of village life. They have an outing in August, and a very popular Christmas Party. All present they have 80 members and enthusiastic attendance at meetings, but there is still room for more.
