The objects of Townswomen's Guilds are to advance principles of good citizenship and education of women.

The Chiswell Green Guild meets at the United Reformed Church Hall, Watford Road, Chiswell Green, St Albans, on the third Thursday in the month at 7.30pm, when there is usually a guest speaker.

Smaller groups also meet for activities such as arts and crafts, book discussion, social studies, walking, drama and gardening.

New members and visitors are welcome.
