Harpenden Circle

Local branch of National Association of Ladies Circle for women aged 18-45. Circle is all about having fun, making new friends and getting involved in the local community.

They are a group of young women who meet twice a month (the first and third Tuesday at 8.00pm).

They raise funds for charities through a variety of events and enjoy a range of social activities.

Our main fundraising event this year will be Harpenden Circle Charity Craft and Gift market on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th November.

We also run the Harpenden Circle Tea Marquee at Harpenden Carnival which takes place on Sunday 20th May 2007.

Social events include meeting for drinks, a care treasure hunt, cycle rides, meals at local restaurants, wine tasting, to name but a few. Some of our social events are combined with Harpenden Round Table these include a Christmas party, an annual ball and family picnics.

Part of an international organisation, there are about 3000 Circles in the UK. They have close links with their regional clubs and they attend regional and national events throughout the year.
