The clubs in this association mostly meet weekly (in the evening) for demonstrations, speakers, craft, films, cookery, drama, etc. There are educational activities such as day workshops as well as social activities. All clubs give the hand of friendship. Ages covered are 18 to 100.
Membership of the national organisation costs £8.50 per year.

* St Albans, Chiswell Green (Wednesday)
* St Albans, Fleetville (Thursday)
* St Albans, Marshalswick (Thursday)
* St Albans, Cottonmill (Thursday)
