Sessions take place from 10.00am to 3.30pm are held at the Reynolds Sheltered Housing, Pelican Way, Grange Estate, Letchworth.

The sessions aim to give the carers of elderly and mentally confused people a day off whilst providing a fun and stimulating day out for the patient.

There are activities and guest speakers throughout the day. Tea, Coffee and snacks are provided in the morning and there is a two course hot meal. In the afternoon the aim of the organisation is to provide companionship and conversation. There is also music and handicrafts, quizes and games.
