This Friendship Group is a social group for retired people or anyone over 50. We meet at the St John's Road Community Centre, St John's Road, Hitchin on the third Thursday of every month at 2.00pm.

The centre is affiliated to the Friendship Centre Federation, which is a network of siliar organisations throughout the UK.

Our activities include pub lunches, bowling, various day trips and talks by various visiting speakers. The group also creates a forum for members to exchange views on local and national issues which affect the over fifties.

Pub lunches take place on the second Wednesday of the month. For details of the monthly meeting please call.
