The club meets at Aldenham School on Friday afternoon, 2pm-4pm, during term time.

Hertsmere Crossroads Caring for Carers transport elderly people from the community to Aldenham School, where they meet sixth formers for afternoon tea, discussion, speakers, musical recitals, etc. The afternoon is enjoyed by both the elderly people and the students. It is well attended but is open to new elderly members from anywhere in Hertsmere.
