Lunch Club Service (Dacorum Borough)

Lunch Clubs offer an ideal opportunity for people over 60 to socialise over a meal and make new friends. They are located throughout the Borough and held in village halls, community centres, church halls etc. Most operate on a weekly basis. The meals are freshly prepared and cooked on the day and consist of a dinner and a sweet. The meal can be varied from the meal of the day to meet requirements due to dietary problems, religious/ethnic background or eating difficulties. These lunch clubs are organised on a day to day basis by volunteers with the support of the Independent Living Services Manager.
