The Radcliffe Singers were formed in 2003, with the aim of building on the choral tradition of Holy Saviour Church. Formed initially from the ladies of Holy Saviour Church Choir, the group quickly welcomed new members, and currently includes 21 singers. Repertoire is broad, from 16th century polyphony to jazz-inspired close harmony arrangements. In addition to concerts in Hitchin, the choir has also sung concerts in Tring and Hunstanton, and, last November, sang in "The Traditions of Christmas" in the chapel at Blenheim Palace. Together with Holy Saviour Church Choir, it has also recorded a CD, "Bless, O Lord, Us Thy Servants".
The Choir is very enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming, and enjoys singing a broad range of music.
