Percy the talking penguin and his side-kick Dennis Patten have been entertaining audiences for four decades.
Dennis was bitten by the magic bug when he first saw a magic show at his primary school. At the age of twelve he said to his mother 'When I grow up I want to be a magician!' His mother told him he couldn't do both!
Although specialising in private parties, school shows, weddings and christenings, Dennis has also worked on television and feature films. Television shows such as 'Disney Club', 'Motor Mouth', 'Masterspy' and 'Gentle Touch', plus two dozen episodes of 'Wizbit' for the BBC. His puppetry has also been seen in the films 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang', 'Elephant Man' and 'Jamaica Inn'.
Just recently Dennis has written four books for children, one of which has been translated into eight languages!
