The New Hertford Bridge Club meets on Tuesday evenings at Waterford Village Hall, which is situated approx 2 miles north of Hertford on the A119 Hertford to Stevenage Road.
Play starts at 7.30pm and the evening usually finishes at 11.00pm. Coffee, tea and biscuits are available throughout.
Duplicate Bridge is played with enthusiasm by players of various levels. The club is affiliated to the English Bridge Union (www.ebu.co.uk) and master points are awarded.
Partners can be found, but please telephone ahead if you need one. The atmosphere is friendly and a warm welcome is extended to all new members. A basic knowledge of bidding and play is required.
Table money is £1.50 for members and £3.50 for visitors; Annual membership fee is £10.00.
