The Guild meets on the second Friday of each month at the Welcome Club, Barton Way, Croxley Green.

It is open to anyone over the age of 18 years. Its main aim is to further the interests of wine appreciation. The meetings include talks on commercial wines, and tastings are held frequently. There are joint meetings with other guilds.

Social activities are an important part of the programme and there are occasional outings. An annual dinner is held in January.

The Guild is affiliated to the Middlesex Federation of Wine and Beer Making Clubs.
