* Experienced - Thursdays from 8.00pm to 10.00pm at Christ Church, North Finchley.

Costs:
Barnet - £3.00;
Finchley - £2.00 (members); £3.00 (non-members).

There is no age limit. No partner required. Non profit making. Healthy exercise for body and mind.
