* Venue for classes:
Marshalswick Baptist Free Church, Upper Hall, Sherwood Avenue, St Albans.

* Class times:
Tuesday from 7.00pm to 8.15pm.

Irish dancing classes for Adults (16+).

An ideal class for absolute beginners and adults who already know the basics (returning adults). Will also suit more advanced dancers who no longer wish to compete.

Classes will also focus on raising fitness levels, toning and flexibility whilst learning irish dancing routines in both the light and heavy shoes. A fun, sociable fitness class.
