Biodanza literally means the dance of life. It originated in South America and uses wonderful vibrant rythyms and inspirational music from all over the world, chosen carefully to move and inspire the body.
Biodanza progressively increases health and wellbeing. Meeting new people, having fun and communicating in new ways.
All ages, all genders and fitness levels can benefit, being a 'good dancer' is not necessary. There are no steps to learn, the music moves you. Find the free fun loving child within us all!
