Civil Service Motoring Association (North East London Group)

This CSMA local group meets every 4th Thursday of the month. The clubroom is at 'The Country Club', Theobalds Lane, Waltham Cross, EN8 8YA at 7.45pm and on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Fish and Eels Pub. Dobbs Weir. Please contact the secretary to check details as this can vary depending on our program of events. Both the clubroom and the pub have disabled access.

North East London Group is one of the many groups in the CSMA, which is a national motoring and leisure organisation. Its membership is drawn from past and present civil servants and their families. The membership is extended to all employees of organisations that were originally civil service such as BT, the Post Office and other such establishments.

The local group has wide-ranging activities - from motorsport to informal social gatherings, treasure hunts, weekend breaks. Our regular clubnights are usually social and entertainment based. Motorsports activities are primarily entry-level events such as 12-car rallies, autotests, etc.

The catchment area covered is East Herts, West Essex and North London.

A monthly newsletter is published and our programme also appears in the CSMA magazine Motoring & Leisure.
