The club meets at The Royal Oak, Chipperfield Road, Chipperfield on the last Tuesday of each month except December, in a separate club room.
The club's purpose is to foster interest in the restoration and use of pre 1940 Austin cars of any type, and they have members of the Austin Seven, Vintage Austin Register and Austin 10 Drivers Club among the regular attenders.
Anyone interested in any pre 1950 vehicles is welcome to join.
They have a full programme each year, which includes auction, film evenings, talks, and evening and weekend runs for the vehicles.
25 people regularly attend the club and provide help to each other with restoration projects.
Membership costs for one of the Austin Clubs represented varies by club but all this club asks is that you buy at least £1.00 raffle ticket each meeting.
