The Club meets at 2.00pm on the second Thursday of each month at Leverstock Green Village Hall. Car parking is available.
The club was formed in 1976 with the aim of bringing people together to enjoy and cultivate the art of flower arranging through demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions and competitions, and visiting gardens and other places of interest.
There are approximately 38 members with an average attendance of about 32 at each monthly meeting. Flower arrangements from monthly demonstrations are raffled and tea and biscuits are served free.
Social activities are also arranged; in August there is a Pot Luck Lunch in a member's home, a Christmas party at the December meeting and there are usually special events throughout the year. In October, as a fund-raiser, there is an open evening with a national demonstrator.
The annual membership fee for 2008 is £25.00. All visitors are welcome at a charge of £4.00 per visit.
