Aspects of Art is an arts and crafts organisation that specialises in all aspects of art and design. Pottery, paper mache and sculpture just to name a few.
Children's Pottery Club
* Venue: Fleetville Community Centre, Royal Road, St Albans, Herts. (opposite Morrison's Supermarket).
* Time: Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
Your child will be able to learn tradional clay techniques, as well as create there own ceramic sculptures. Glazes will also be provided and the children will be able to learn about the glazing process. Children will be able to take there ceramic pieces home. All materials will be provided. Sessions are bookable in blocks of six, and there will be the option of renewing however sessions are based on a first come first served basis.
As an artistic organisation we aim to promote learning, achievement and creativity through the use of art and play. We take inspiration from our vast global cultural heritage and can use this to help inspire the individual no matter what their age or ability.
We also run arts and crafts parties for children or adults with a large range of themes to choose from.
We provide creative workshops for the advancement of the education of the general public in the arts.
Our creative workshops cater for the whole community and can fall into categories, for example: Children's after school clubs; at school art classes and holiday clubs; arts and crafts for individuals with special needs; over 60s clay and mother and baby arts and crafts classes.
Offers private tuition for GCSE, A-Level and Degree level in Art.
