Artist's statement:
I have been painting since I was a child and my interests are varied. My main love is acrylic on wood which has a softness about it and the grain is interesting.

I have recently taken up acrylics on canvas and watercolours and my new love is photography. I paint mainly abstracts and these are derived from the photos I take of trees, plants and buildings. I am a member of Harpenden Photographic Society and submit work regualarly in the societies competitions.
