Artist's Statement:
My work stems from a love of urban architecture and an abiding interest in popular culture, which inspires much of my recent painting. Observation in the midst of modern city life can identify areas of beauty and interest where we might least expect to find it. My art makes issues of things we may take for granted and questions our aesthetic values.
I work mainly in oils, as I feel this medium is most sympathetic to my choice of subject.

Qualifications:
Graphics and painting at Salisbury Art College, Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Member of the Herts Visual Arts Forum.
