Artist's Statement:
My work is based on expressing time, place and emotion through the application of colour and energy drawing on my experiences of places visited around the world, particularly, European cities using atmospheric photographs showing juxtapositioning of colour and texture. Mostly my canvases are large and deep box edged designed to be hung unframed.
Qualifications:
Art and Design Access Course, University of Hertfordshire;
Life Drawing, City and Guilds.
Exhibition:
Open Studios - 2005.
Commissions:
Large oil painting of a guelder rose.
Awards and Prizes:
City and Guilds in Life Drawing.
