Artist Statement:
Using a wide range of materials, processes and techniques from photography and two dimensional media through to sculpture, using wood, steel, plaster and other. I have continued my fine art practice since 1988. During this period I have continued to develop themes and ideas such as time, journeys, communication and memory, exhibiting bith in the UK and abroad.

I continue to exhibit and participate in local events such as art fairs and open studios.

My main aims as an artist are to develop my practise as well as passing on my enthusiasm for art and design through teaching at local colleges, schools and workshops for adults and children in my private local studio.

Commissions:
Enhancing the healing environment site specific sculpture, outpatients dept, The Lister Hospital, Stevenage,
Sculpture and Poster for Turkish film 'Ara' by Umitunal, due for release 2007/2008.

Exhibitions:
* Artwork and photographs for Oxford University Museum's website 'Artefact';
* Bath Fringe Arts Festival 'Eye Candy' Art Store;
* Artists using the theme 'White', Stroud House Gallery, Gloc.;
* 'The Space Between', solo show at The New Maynard Gallery, Welwyn;
* Cartoon-Thumbnail-Semantic-Contact-Bozetto-Blueprint-Croquis, The Pitts Studio and Gallery, Worcester.

Qulaifications:
BA (Hons)First Degree Fine Art AA Sculpture, Kingston Polytechnic;
TEFL, Teaching Qualification.

Teaches ages 16+ and workshops for 5-15 years.

Art forms used: variety of 2 and 3 dimensional workshops and art history and contetual studies.
