Artist's statement:
Anneli is a mixed media artist, born in Finland, where her roots still remain providing much of the inspiration for her work.

Her work is often influenced by her own feelings and sensations together with atmospheric and seasonal qualities of nature and landscape, which in her work, are reduced to their basic elements. In the past few years she has specialised in minimalist, abstract paper collage art.

As a result of much experimentation with materials and techniques, she has developed a highly personal style creating distinctive forms of composition, harmony and mood with asymmetrical balance of colour, shape and special relationship.
