Artist's statement:
Through colour Graham's concern has always been keen to evoke the sensation of luminous spaces as a parable for inner feeling.

He is convinced that painting, with its long history of practice, is still capable of exceeding all other forms of visual expression in its infinite capacity to be tactile, spiritual, autonomous and renewable.
