Simon Tipping and Jessica Rost are visual artists who are involved in promoting the visual arts. Norcott Arts run regular workshops throughout the year for a variety of interest groups. Workshops are open to both beginners and the more experienced, to children, young people and adults.

* Scrap Sculpture and Installations
* Festive Lanterns
* Willow Weaving.
* Carnival Workshops, banners
* Book Binding.
Norcott Arts also carry out commissions in painting, sculpture and new media.
They run carnival workshops and organise parades.
