Harlow Hospital Radio has been broadcasting to the patients of Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow since 1970, becoming a registered chairty on 15th February 1971. It is run by a collective of unpaid volunteers in their spare time. It broadcasts on Channel 1 of Patientline, which is available to all patients at their bedside. Hospital radio is free to all patients who register for Patientline.
