This Museum tells the story of St Albans from the departure of the Romans to today's commuter city. There is a programme of special exhibitions and an urban wildlife garden. There is also "Tools for the Job", the Salaman collection of trade tools.
The St Albans Museum has a shop and a car park; admission is free. There is access for wheelchairs to the ground floor and toilet.
The museum is available for hire by community groups or commercial organisations for a range of functions.

* Sunday from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
