The Watermill, recorded in a deed of 1616 but probably much older, was in use until 1963. Now restored to working order by volunteers, it retains all the atmosphere of a small cornmill of the late 1800s. It is the only working watermill surviving in Buckinghamshire with original machinery. Milling demonstrations on specified dates when stoneground wholemeal flour will be on sale.
