Recently re-opened, the Rhodes Arts Complex and Museum offers a range of educational, entertainment and cultural activities, facilities include:

Arts Complex
The Complex is available for hire and features a main hall, three meeting rooms and a studio. It can be used for a variety of activities including, local amateur and youth theatre, musicals, dances, exhibitions, weddings, meetings and professional theatre programmes. Bishop's Stortford Museum
The Rhodes Museum was established in 1938 in two listed Victorian buildings, one of which being the birthplace of Cecil Rhodes, Victorian Empire builder. Today, the Rhodes Museum and the Local History Museum have merged to become the Bishop's Stortford Museum. The new museum has modern galleries with interactive displays featuring:
* Victorian Bishop's Stortford
* A Victorian Drawing Room
* Trades and Buildings of the town
* The Gilbey Gallery
* History and Heritage of Bishop's Stortford
* The Miss Pye Collection (A local Victorian lady's personal belongings)
* Europe and Africa

* The African Gallery and South Africa after Rhodes
The is also an education room, a collectors corner and a temporary exhibition gallery which will host a variety of exhibitions throughout the year, featuring visiting local and national artists, touring exhibitions and displays from the Museums Reserve Collections.
