Bishops Stortford and District Local History Society

The Local History Society is concerned with the study of history and artefacts within Bishop's Stortford and district.
All age groups are welcome at the meetings which are held on Thursday evenings once a month from September to May, at the Rhodes Art Complex, South Road, Bishops Stortford at 8.00pm.
Please contact for talks programme for 2006-2007.
The Society offers a local research service. The local history collection can now be seen at Bishops Stortford Museum, based in the Rhodes Art complex.
Annual membership subscription is £10.00 (Nov 2007). Visitors £2.00 (Nov 2007) per meeting.
