The Braughing Local History Society aims to gather information about Braughing and research into the lives of local people, their experiences, the events which have affected them and changes in the environment. It aims to disseminate this information to members and others who wish to extend their knowledge and understanding of the locality through meetings, articles, publications and other media.

The Society normally meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 8.15pm (not August or December) in the Church Hall.
