The charity offers support and advice to sufferers and their carers. It also aims to promote a greater awareness of Raynaud's and scleroderma; improve the communication between doctors and patients; raise funds for research and welfare projects and disseminate the findings of research.
The charity holds regional meetings and has an annual conference each year.
