Motor Neurone Disease Association (North & East Herts Branch)

The group meet at The Bedwell Community Centre, Bedwell Crescent, Stevenage on the last Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm. Light refreshments are available. The church is fully accessible for disabled people.

This is a national charity organisation that aims to:

* ensure that every single person affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND) receives the care and support which they require;
* promote research that will lead to an effective treatment for MND;
* improve public and professional understanding of MND.

This branch overs north and east Herts, Broxbourne and parts of Bedfordshire. Monthly news letters are produced and help is always needed for fundraising and new ideas.

Membership of the local branch is free.
