This is a support group offering help to those who have CFS/ME (Myalgic Encephalopathy) and their families and carers. The group holds meetings, outing and fund-raising events.

The group offers:
* Support - telephone and personal.
* Publications - "Positive Thoughts" every 4 months.
* Library - books, videos and other information about CFS/ME.
* Open meetings - 4 per year serving as social and business occasions, including AGM.
* Local socials - "Casual Cuppas" all over Herts, held in members homes.
